Richard Luke is the Director of Ausfirst Lending Group, bringing more than 30 years of experience across banking, finance and lending to clients throughout Australia, particularly Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Richard’s career began in banking, including as a Lending Manager with Commonwealth Bank, before progressing into senior finance roles and, ultimately, mortgage broking.
That background gives him a practical understanding of how lenders assess applications, structure finance and make credit decisions. He uses it to help clients navigate lending policy, identify suitable options and make informed decisions about their financial future.
